To open the Magic Pass menu, do /magicpass.

The Magic Pass is a months-long challenge in which you rank up through different tiers and unlock unique prizes as a result! To complete each tier, you must gain enough XP to reach that level; XP can be gained from activity on the server, including riding rides and completing dailies. The further along you are into the Magic Pass, the more and more XP is required to complete each tier.

There are technically two different tracks of the Magic Pass: the Free Track, which allows you to obtain two prizes every 5 tiers, and the Paid Track, which allows you to obtain a prize for every level, including the Free tiers. The Paid Track costs 10 Magic Keys to purchase; if you purchase the Magic Pass with Keys, every tier you have already technically reached by then will be retroactively available for you to claim.
