Buying Magic Keys

You can purchase Magic Keys from Moe in exchange for Kingdom Coins; if you have more than 20 Keys, however, Moe will not sell to you.

He has two prices he sells Keys at: Guest to Club 33 can buy keys at 4,750 KC, and DVC players can buy at the slightly cheaper price of 4,000 KC.

Moe only sells a certain amount of Keys a day; this is dependent on what server you are on, so hopping instances with /server d allows you to buy more up until all instances have had Keys purchased from them.
